C-Path (www.c-path.com) is a digital platform that enables highly granular domestic building analysis in minutes. With data for all residential properties in England and Wales, the platform allows users to prioritise activity, funding and investment based on key performance indicators (such as cost saving, carbon reduction and fuel poverty impact), across multiple measures, housetypes and tenures, whilst enabling targeting of specific locations.​

We developed C-Path in conjunction with partners Via Analytics, with part investment provided by the South East Local Enterprise Partnership. C-Path is now used by over 25 local authorities in the southeast.
