FutureProof is an R&D programme which is investigating an alternative housing finance and delivery model to accelerate the delivery of new, zero-carbon developments. It is being led by Daedalus Environmental in conjunction with the Haven Gateway Partnership, SQW Land and Property Ltd and Homes England.

Extensive engagement with a range of sectors including finance, offsite building manufacturers, utilities, public sector and academia has enabled us to test the concept, understand the barriers and develop an appropriate solutions-focussed framework for delivery. We are now working with the partners on the next stages of the programme’s development.
