We worked with the team at Reside to design the approach to sustainability for the proposed 39 dwellings at Sayers Common in Mid Sussex.

As part of the process, we completed a suite of building modelling calculations and these were presented in a Sustainability Statement. The Statement also included chapters on materials and waste management, water efficiency and climate change adaptation to demonstrate compliance with both national and local policy.
