We produced a Water Neutrality Statement on behalf of Boughtonwood Homes to demonstrate that their application to enable revisions to the approved development at the former Swallowfield Nursery site would not negatively impact upon the integrity of the Sussex North Water Supply Zone.

The approach proposed was accepted by Natural England and the application was approved by the Local Planning Authority.
