We worked with the client to design an approach to sustainability for a proposed development of 155 dwellings at the site in Takeley.

This included presenting to the LPA and council members during the pre-application discussions, and following up with a comprehensive Sustainability Statement explaining the low carbon approach to energy supply, sustainable material procurement and waste management and water efficiency.
