We worked with Redrow Homes to design a sustainable approach to energy supply and demand for their proposed development of 280 dwellings in Sawston, South Cambridgeshire.

We modelled different scenarios using SAP calculations and the end solutions were presented in an Energy & Sustainability Statement. The Statement also included chapters on water efficiency, climate change adaptation and waste management to demonstrate that the proposals were compliant with both national and local policy.
